Working Fire in First Due Response Area

On May 6th at approximately 1831 hours , Ulster Hose was dispatched for a possible structure fire on Station Road. First arriving units found a working fire from a two-story apartment and a second alarm was transmitted. Engine 4 arrived first due, stretching two lines and extinguished the fire. Truck 1 conducted a primary search on the first and second floors which were negative. All crews assisted in opening up and overhaul. Ulster Hose operated for about three hours before returning to service.
