In 2012, Fred Heppner unveild the 9/11 memorial located at Headquarters.

This monument contains a 3,300 pound steel section from one of the Twin Towers donated to Ulster Hose by the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority. The piece of steel is surrounded by bricks naming the 343 firefighters that died and their companies respectively. Two twin tower replicas measuring 110 inches high representing the 110 floors of the World Trade Center buildings stand beside the  steel selection.

Added in 2014 were additional plaques that name the members of the FDNY that have died as a result of 9/11 related illnesses. Ulster Hose continues to update this plaque yearly.

Every year since 2012, Ulster Hose has hosted an annual 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony at the memorial site, with members of the public invited to join.
