On Friday, September 29 at approximately 1011 hours, Ulster Hose was dispatched as mutual aid to Company 19 (Centerville-Cedar Grove) for standby coverage at the Cedar Grove Station while they were operating at a fully involved structure fire. Glasco’s FASTeam and tankers from Malden-West Camp and Saxton-Katsbaan were on scene while Saugerties provided standby coverage at the Centerville station. It is the second time in recent months that UHFD has responded with an engine and manpower for coverage at Cedar Grove.
