On Tuesday, February 17th at approximately 1717 hours, Ulster Hose was dispatched under mutual aid with the FASTeam to Lomontville Fire Department for a second alarm structure fire. The initial dispatch was a propane explosion, with updates that fire was spreading to the residence. Car 2 and a full crew from Ladder 2 responded, arriving with fire conditions still visible from the residence and a camper next to the residence. Three members assisted with fire suppression and overhaul while four others remained exterior as a FASTeam. Units operated for around 45 minutes before returning to service.
