On July 28th at approximately 2239 hours, Ulster Hose was dispatched for a car fire at mile marker 91.5 on the New York State Thruway Northbound. Car 4 and Engine 2’s crew arrived to find a vehicle fully involved. Engine 4 also responded with manpower to the scene.
